Please note that shipping prices can change without notice. Sometimes this page will not represent the current shipping costs but your “cart” will. 
Fulfillment time is approximately 1-2 business days.
Once label is created you will receive notification via email. This does not mean your parcel has been shipped, just that we have printed your label. 
Parcels go out 1-3 times per week.
Parcels are sent via UPS and Canada Post and is decided by us. 
Times vary, and all depend on your location, carrier we use, weather etc. Usually you will see your parcel within a week from time of drop off. 
Please Note; This is dependant on weather conditions, my vacation, holidays.

ISOLATED LOCATIONS: We ship EVERYWHERE in Canada. If we are shipping to an isolated location there may be a surcharge which is at our discretion. You will be contacted with the surcharge and will need to be paid before products are shipped out. Available to be paid via etransfer ONLY. If you are concerned you live in what is deemed isolated area please don't hesitate to email me.

Due to new cross-border shipping regulations, a customs declaration must be completed by The Needle & Thread. 

Once the declaration process has begun, you will be contacted by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their email for:

Isolated or Remote Locations
We ship throughout the United States. However, shipments to isolated or remote locations may be subject to an additional surcharge, determined at our discretion. Any applicable surcharge must be paid prior to shipping.
