"Sunburst Mandala" Embroidery Workshop

• 6-8 week approximately workshop which is open to start/sign up anytime, runs continuously until complete
• Wednesdays from 1-4 (if this day or time doesn't work please email me so we can set up a better time that works for you)
• price includes workshop, pattern, threads, coffee, tea and light snack

At my embroidery workshop you will learn to embroider in a whimsical style. You will choose the colours that speak to you! I will encourage you to use an array of colours, step outside of your comfort zone,  stitch intuitively, be unique and creative and not to stress about precision. You will use different fibres such as Perle Cottons in various sizes and metallics. to create interest and dimension in your finished embroidery. You will learn approximately 8 stitches.

We will discuss ideas how you can finish your embroidery.

Your finished embroidery will be approximately 10"-12" diameter plus enough fabric to frame or have a seam allowance.

PLEASE BRING:

• small, sharp scissors****
• led/magnifying lamp (great idea to have which will help you to see your work but is not necessary)
